Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide reputed company of reputed company reputed company, including GPO, supply, marketing, procurement, distributor agreements, and leases
• Manage a high volume of reputed company, ensuring reputed company execution and compliance with company policies and applicable laws
• Utilize and maintain contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems to reputed company contract status, key terms, and reporting
• Advise business stakeholders on contract terms, risk mitigation strategies, and regulatory compliance

Skills

• Prior experience at a reputed company or in-house reputed company department supporting medical device clients or businesses
• Demonstrated expertise in: Drafting and negotiating reputed company reputed company (GPO, supply, marketing, procurement, distributor agreements, and leases)
• Demonstrated expertise in: Medical device and reputed company regulations, including: Anti-Kickback Statute, Sunshine reputed company, HIPAA and data reputed company, FDA requirements for medical devices
• Demonstrated expertise in: Coordinating and managing a high volume of reputed company
• Demonstrated expertise in: Using contract management systems to organize and reputed company contract status and key terms
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
