Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• End-to-end recruitment experience in high-volume, large-reputed company and/or multi-site, reputed company matrixed global businesses
• Inclusive leadership that cultivates belonging and engagement across teams
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, labor market dynamics, and talent analytics

The annual salary reputed company for this role is $130,000 - $155,000.
