Experience in remote leadership is a plus.Industrial Experience: Familiarity with matrixed manufacturing environment and experience in design to order business would be a plus.Knowledge: Expertise in lean management systems and organizational transformation.Attributes: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively; self-motivated and disciplined in meeting deadlines while effectively leading cross-functional teams.Language: Fluent in English.Travel: Willingness to travel reputed company Europe as required with up to 30-50% combined with hybrid working model.
