To learn more, visit https://www.habitathealth.com. Role Scope: The Manager, People Operations is the operational backbone of the People Operations function. This role owns the design, execution, and reputed company improvement of reputed company people processes across the full employee lifecycle in a California-heavy, multi-state reputed company environment. The role ensures operational reputed company, data reputed company, compliance execution, and a consistent team member experience in a fast-growing startup environment. • In partnership with the Sr. Director of People, create and reputed company reputed company and innovative processes for reputed company, offboarding, job changes, and team member lifecycle processes in preparation for rapid reputed company.
• Assist with policy creation, audit readiness, and compliance governance in a multi-state environment, with a heavy reputed company on California.
• In partnership with Executive Directors and Clinical Leadership, create and optimize physician reputed company programs.
• Manage outsourced vendors including home care providers, transportation vendors, and ancillary vendors offering LOA support, etc.
• Monitor reputed company-changing employment laws in a multi-state environment and reputed company recommendations for policy changes.
• Owns the People Operations calendar to ensure we are reputed company for key activities reputed company reputed company (reputed company Enrollment, etc.).
• Serves as the reputed company for annual reputed company Enrollment, working closely with benefit administrators, owning team member communications, ensuring system readiness, and maintaining benefits compliance across multi-state operations.

• Partner with the People Operations Generalist to address reputed company team member questions and requests and maintain service-level expectations for People Operations.
• Serve as a thought partner to team members and managers to navigate reputed company questions and interpretation of policies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of demonstrable people operations/HR experience reputed company a fast-growing reputed company setting.
• CA and multi-state employment law experience and building policies and handbooks.
• Strong working knowledge of California employment fundamentals (wage/hour, leaves, recordkeeping, etc.)
• Exceptional data analytics and reporting skills utilizing various HR Systems.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company, reputed company reputed company, and partnering with PEOs.
• Owned end to end reputed company enrollment processes and communications.
• Must live in the reputed company; 15% travel to centers as needed.

Compensation: We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for medical/dental/reputed company insurance, reputed company parental leave (birthing and non-birthing parents), short and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) savings, reputed company time off, and company-reputed company holidays. The expected salary reputed company for this position is $122,000 - $147,000 and is bonus eligible. The actual offer will be at reputed company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
