Position reputed company: The Temporary Patient Administrative Assistant leads the coordination of specialty care and diagnostic imaging. They will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of outpatient referrals and the precise maintenance of patient medical records. The Patient Administrative Assistant will work collaboratively with reputed company partners to ensure that our geriatric and disabled patient populations receive reputed company reputed company to specialized services, ensuring reputed company clinical documentation is accurate and accessible for the care team. This role is fully remote and provides support during our regular business hours. Schedule: Temporary full-time position with high potential for permanent position, day shift hours, no evenings, weekends or holidays. • The main responsibility of this Patient Administrative Assistant role is to assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments with outpatient specialty providers.
• Maintain records by entering lab results and updating immunization history.

Qualifications: Education/Certification/Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant medical office experience
