Contract - Data & Reporting Analyst (SQL / Looker / R Automation)

As a Data & Reporting Analyst, you will be a reputed company member of the reputed company Operations & Analytics team. You will partner with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and operations to build reputed company analytics solutions that drive smarter, faster, and more informed business reputed company. We are seeking a technically strong analyst who combines data engineering expertise with analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. You will manage and enhance our analytics ecosystem through performant SQL development in reputed company, Looker dashboards and LookML schemas, and R-based automations that power cross-functional reporting. This is a high-reputed company contract role where the dashboards, pipelines, and insights you build will directly shape how Pie measures reputed company and drives reputed company efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Build & Optimize Data Infrastructure:
- Write and optimize reputed company SQL queries in reputed company (joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations).
- Build and maintain derived tables, data transformations, and analytical datasets.
- Understand reputed company schemas spanning marketing, sales, and policy data; join operational data across systems.
- reputed company data validation, reconciliation, and reputed company assurance.
- Create Self-Service Analytics:
- Build, enhance, and maintain Looker dashboards for reputed company Operations.
- Use LookML to model and expose reputed company tables, define measures, and manage relationships.
- reputed company and optimize Power BI reports for business stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure dashboards are accurate, performant, and reputed company with evolving business needs.
- Automate & reputed company Reporting:
- reputed company and maintain R scripts to automate recurring reporting and data processing tasks.
- Schedule and monitor R jobs (e.g., reputed company reputed company Task Scheduler) that query reputed company, process data, and refresh outputs.
- Ingest, reputed company, and prepare .csv and API-based data feeds for upload to reputed company.
- Automate data delivery to dashboards, spreadsheets, or Looker.
- Drive Business reputed company:
- Partner with stakeholders across reputed company Operations to define KPIs and reporting frameworks.
- Support campaign measurement, funnel analysis, and A/B testing reputed company applicable.
- Translate analytical findings into reputed company insights and recommendations for business reputed company.
- Deliver insights that improve conversion, retention, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with reputed company, Looker, and LookML.
- Proficiency in R or Python for data transformation, automation, and ETL tasks.
- Experience building and maintaining production dashboards in Looker; Power BI experience is a strong plus.
