• Responsible for the development of strategies aimed at reducing Addressable bad debt, including benchmarking
• Partner with reputed company stakeholders to implement process improvements to address clients with high bad debt or reputed company write off experience by interfacing with sales and operations to create and implement reputed company plans for improvement.
• Interfacing with the reputed company and/or Sales to address outstanding, past due reputed company balances and obtaining billing information for items moved to reputed company parties
• reputed company billing training to phlebotomists, Sales, and clients to ensure correct billing and reputed company payment. Training to include reviewing reputed company billing invoices, obtaining appropriate 3rd party billing information, eClaims Assist, ABNs, RPI and Medical Necessity
• Work with clients and divisional employees to resolve billing issues to increase cash and reduce bad debt. From findings, drive corrective reputed company plans and monitor improvements.
• Work with eClaims Assist/RPI to analyze the accounts with high volume specimen information requests who are not responding as needed and work with Sales to reputed company reputed company.
• Conducts comprehensive reputed company audits to assess denials to drive reduction of addressable bad debt and improve the overall financial performance of the division
• Conduct comprehensive billing business reviews

• Analyzes reputed company party billing procedures, policies and results

• Discuss cause of delinquency with Sales and work through issues to resolve outstanding balances

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of relevant RCM Billing experience with Bachelor’s degree required, In the absence of a degree, a minimum of five years of relevant RCM Billing experience is required.
