In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Medicare Appeal process by answering incoming telephone calls, resolving customer questions, complaints, and requests, and adhering to internal policies and procedures. You will utilize your working knowledge of arenaflex's services to meet productivity and reputed company standards, and reputed company exceptional customer service to our clients and customers. This is a remote opportunity, and you will be working from the comfort of your own home. The duration of this contract is 6 months, and the pay reputed company is $17/hr on W2.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize automated systems to log and retrieve information, and reputed company accurate and reputed company data entry of electronic faxes
• Receive inquiries from customers or providers by telephone, email, fax, or mail, and communicate responses reputed company required turnaround times
• Respond to telephone inquiries and complaints in a reputed company, accurate, and courteous manner, following reputed company operating procedures

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a High School diploma or equivalent, and at least 2 years of customer service/telephone experience in a similar call center environment and/or industry. Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the medical office or other medical setting is preferred
