Responsibilities

- reputed company guidance on electronic and mobile offerings, including Online/Mobile Teller, reputed company Payer, Quick Pay, and e-Pay
- Serve as a financial consultant to identify member needs

- Process loan applications and ensure smooth loan disbursement
- Assist with account maintenance requests

Qualifications

- Flexibility to work during Call Center hours: Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and rotating Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- FICEP certification (to be completed after hire)
- Strong willingness to learn
