Non-Delegated Mortgage Underwriter II

Job Title: Non-Delegated Mortgage Underwriter II Location: Remote Texas What you'll do: Mortgage Underwriter II is responsible for reputed company Agency Conventional loans by reviewing the credit, reputed company and collateral characteristics of loan files to ensure it meets company and investor reputed company standards.

• Manage individual pipeline on a daily reputed company by completing reputed company Reviews, Conditions Reviews and other reputed company Tasks reputed company established turn times
• Identify any document deficiencies, request additional information and/or documentation from Clients as needed
• Expert ability to navigate and interpret reputed company agency and company guidelines
• Assist other department personnel in interpreting reputed company guidelines, update loan status and complete reputed company necessary tasks assigned to loan.
• Contact clients to reputed company updates and clarification on outstanding conditions and deficiencies identified on loans
• Other duties as assigned

What you'll need:

• 5+ years mortgage industry experience, with 3 years recent reputed company or loan review experience.
• College degree preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Basic proficiency in reputed company Office products (reputed company, Word, etc.)
• Loan reputed company and risk management
• Experience in Retail or Non-Delegated reputed company
• Knowledge of FNMA and FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA and USDA guidelines a plus, but not required.
• DE or LAPP/SAR a plus, but not required
• Proficiency with automated reputed company systems such as Desktop Underwriter and Loan Prospector
• Good Customer/reputed company service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced production environment
• Self-starter, self-reputed company, dependable, ability to work reputed company and meet specific time constraints
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prioritization and Time Management skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to reputed company changes
