As a Patient Care reputed company, you'll be responsible for handling customer service inquiries from members, providers, physicians, and reputed company clients reputed company to pharmacy benefits. You'll work to research and resolve problems in a reputed company manner, assist members in understanding and maximizing the use of their pharmacy distribution program, and use computerized systems to reputed company information and respond to questions. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound member, provider, and physician calls to address pharmacy benefits-reputed company inquiries

- Work with other operational departments to research and resolve mail order and claims issues and respond to members reputed company performance agreement guidelines
