Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Care reputed company, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our small business customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Service inbound calls while engaging and consulting with small business owners and decision makers, learning about their needs and recommending the right arenaflex products

• Continuously improve on key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment

Work Environment and Culture
