The Role
As a Telephone Caller, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to RNIB beneficiaries and supporters, providing them with relevant information, and connecting them with others who reputed company similar experiences. Your role will be to:

Essential Qualifications
* Aged 18 or over
- Two references required

- Friendly, empathetic, and non-judgmental disposition

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of RNIB services and support
- Experience of making outbound calls or working in a customer-facing role
