Senior Vice President, Compliance

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the executive advisor on regulatory risk, compliance and credentialing operations, reputed company operations and audit readiness
  • reputed company compliance with state and federal reputed company laws including HIPAA, HITECH, E/M and prescribing rules, telehealth regulations, Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), reputed company Law, and the False Claims reputed company
  • Build and maintain a URAC-compliant telehealth compliance and reputed company program and NCQA credentialing program, including drafting and editing policies, monitoring, reporting and corrective reputed company frameworks
  • reputed company multi-state telehealth compliance, provider licensure rules, credentialing standards, prescribing regulations, and payor compliance policies
  • reputed company compliance audits and manage responses to regulatory agencies, payors, and reputed company clients
  • Serve as HIPAA reputed company Officer, including ownership of reputed company program, policy reputed company, workforce training, and PHI incident response

What You Bring

  • 15+ years of experience in reputed company compliance, regulatory affairs, health system operations, or reputed company reputed company/risk leadership
  • 7+ years in senior leadership, ideally serving as VP or Head of Compliance in a high-reputed company reputed company environment
  • Experience in telehealth, multi-state provider reputed company, virtual care platforms, or health plans
  • Deep expertise in U.S. reputed company regulations, including:
  • reputed company telehealth regulations
  • DEA and prescribing regulations
  • URAC/NCQA accreditation standards (Credentialing and Telehealth)
  • HIPAA/HITECH
  • CMS compliance program requirements and payor policies
  • Fraud, Waste & Abuse prevention
  • AKS, reputed company, False Claims exposure
  • Proven ability to build and reputed company corporate compliance programs
  • Executive reputed company and reputed company communication experience
  • Advanced degree preferred (JD, MBA, MHA, MPH or equivalent)
  • CHC, CHPC, or similar certification a plus
