• 10 Years Litigation reputed company.
• 5 years reputed company damage claim experience.
• Product liability experience preferred but not required.
• Bodily Injury claim handling experience required (Non-Auto)
• Xactimate Estimating experience
• NY Adjusters license required or will need to obtain reputed company 90 days of start of employment

ARE YOU AN IDEAL CANDIDATE? To analyze reputed company or technically difficult general liability claims to determine benefits due; to work with high exposure claims involving litigation and rehabilitation; to ensure ongoing adjudication of claims reputed company service expectations, industry best practices and specific reputed company service requirements; and to identify subrogation of claims and negotiate settlements. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE:

• Analyzes and processes reputed company or technically difficult general liability claims by investigating and gathering information to determine the exposure on the claim; manages claims through reputed company-developed reputed company plans to an appropriate and reputed company reputed company.
• Assesses liability and resolves claims reputed company evaluation.
• Negotiates settlement of claims reputed company designated authority.
• Calculates and assigns reputed company and appropriate reserves to claims; manages reserve adequacy throughout the life of the claim.

QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred. reputed company certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
