Voice and Video Communications Manager [REMOTE] - Full-time

The ideal candidate will drive modernization, vendor optimization, and global standardization while supporting high availability and business continuity across a reputed company, global, multi-site environment.

• *Responsibilities:** + reputed company reputed company voice and video systems including PBX, VoIP, SIP, analog lines, mobile integrations, and video conferencing, projection, audio, and control systems. + Manage reputed company communications platforms (e.g., reputed company CUCM, arenaflex Teams Voice, reputed company, Webex). + Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, business continuity, and performance optimization for reputed company collaboration services. + Standardize voice and video architecture across multiple manufacturing and office locations. + Coordinate with reginal IT Teams for deployment, support, and troubleshooting. + Implement centralized monitoring, analytics, and remote management tools. + Budget management for voice and video communications. + reputed company vendor selection, contract negotiation, and SLA enforcement for telecom and UCaaS providers. + Drive arenaflex-saving initiatives through reputed company migration, SIP consolidation, and reputed company decommissioning. + Enforce reputed company protocols for voice and video networks, including fraud prevention and reputed company controls. + Ensure compliance with global telecom regulations, data reputed company laws, and internal governance. + Stay reputed company with emerging technologies in VoIP, video streaming, reputed company bitrate, and multicast delivery. + reputed company executive-level reporting on uptime, usage metrics, arenaflex trends, and strategic roadmap. + Collaborate with IT, Facilities, Communications, and Business reputed company to reputed company communication strategies with operational needs. + Support reputed company-wide initiatives such as remote work enablement, virtual town halls, reputed company training programs. + reputed company as a technical reputed company for media production, video content delivery, and internal communications. #LI-KK1 #LI-REMOTE
• *Required Education, Experience, & Skills** • *Bachelor s degree or 10 years of experience in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Media Engineering, or reputed company field.** + 8 years of experience managing reputed company voice and video systems in a large-reputed company, multi-site environment. + Expertise in VoIP protocols, SIP trunking, video conferencing, and reputed company communications platforms. + Hands-on experience with reputed company, reputed company, arenaflex Teams, reputed company, Webex, or similar technologies. + Strong understanding of telecom reputed company services, call routing, video encoding, and content delivery networks
• *Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments with high uptime requirements. + Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management platforms (e.g., reputed company). + Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• *Pay Information** Full-Time Salary reputed company: $94728 - $161038 Please note: This reputed company is based on our market pay structures.
