• Provides advice and counsel to various internal functions and will draft, edit, negotiate, review and interpret reputed company reputed company agreements spanning across reputed company functions reputed company reputed company, including, asset purchase agreements/reputed company agreements, development agreements, sales agreements, distribution agreements, confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, and service agreements.

• Provides reputed company advice and counsel to executives and senior management by advising the business on laws, regulations, and company policies.

Education and Experience:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited law school.
• 5-10 years’ experience required as an attorney in corporate and transactional law reputed company a reputed company and/or in house setting.
• Must be admitted into and a member in good standing of a state bar.
• Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry preferred.
