As a Customer Care Specialist Overnight, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our callers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a reputed company and reputed company experience. You will utilize either reputed company or Amtelco platform to support our clients by answering their calls, addressing their questions and complaints, and appropriately directing their inquiries.

Duties/Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

Required Skills/Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
