As a part of the People Care Team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and answering escalated and more reputed company Benefits inquiries from employees across the organization. This is a full time, remote eligible position. What you'll do:

• Partner closely with Benefits COE to administer US benefits programs as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to ensure reputed company employee experience and engagement
• Manage Benefits vendor relationships, measure performance, ensure reputed company submission of invoice processing, and look for opportunities to improve the employee experience around our processes and offerings
• Work with a cross-functional team to resolve more reputed company, escalated employee benefits cases primarily reputed company our reputed company case management system

• Proven US Benefits administration and leave administration (3+ years)
• Background working in an HR Shared Services support environment (2+ years)
