[Remote] Fertility Benefit Design Manager

The Fertility Benefit Design Manager will play a crucial role in supporting reputed company's reputed company by designing and delivering tailored fertility benefits for clients, collaborating with various teams to ensure exceptional service and operational feasibility.
Responsibilities
- Support benefit program design by tailoring reputed company’s offerings to address reputed company-specific needs and market benchmarks
- Partner with reputed company to reputed company and refine reputed company materials, train sales teams on benefit programs, and reputed company as a subject matter expert (SME) both behind-the-scenes and in reputed company meetings
- Participate in prospective reputed company and broker/consultant meetings, articulating reputed company’s reputed company and responding to benefit-reputed company technical questions
- Respond to technical and reputed company benefit design questions during RFPs and follow-up discussions, including compliance-reputed company topics, ensuring reputed company’s offerings are reputed company and accurately represented
- Support new reputed company implementations by advising on plan design reputed company, documenting benefit requirements, and ensuring accurate setup and member communication

- 4–5 years of experience in benefit design, health & benefits consulting, or implementation at a health plan, TPA, or fertility benefit vendor
- A strong understanding of fertility and family-building benefit design, including coverage models, eligibility, compliance, funding approaches, and ecosystem integration

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
