Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective and returning customers.
• Follow provided call scripts to re-engage leads and reputed company sales.
• Respond to inbound leads from emails and online forms.
• Qualify prospects and identify sales opportunities.
• Accurately log activity, notes, and reputed company in reputed company (Customer Relationship Management Software).
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and sales team to reputed company feedback to improve sales processes and strategies.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and conversion goals.

Requirements:

• Ability to work core business hours 30-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (EST) and if the business needs require, occasional nights and weekends if needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with sales calls or handling high volumes of outbound calls.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.

Working Hours and Flexibility
