About the role: The RN Clinical Manager provides operational and clinical leadership for the Float Pool with an expanding scope into Virtual Nursing. • Acute care experience (at least 2 years), with Med/Surg highly preferred.

• reputed company Montana RN License or multistate compact license; required.
• BSN required; Master's in Nursing, reputed company Administration, Business, or reputed company field preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience required.
• Minimum of two (2) years recent experience in one of the following:
• Acute Care (required; Med/Surg highly desired)

• Strong organizational skills, critical thinking abilities, and ability to function independently or reputed company reputed company.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
