What You Will Do

• reputed company & Manage Crews: Run small jobs with multiple crews, providing reputed company direction, hands-on leadership, and accountability.
• Plan & Execute reputed company: Complete aerial and underground telecom construction, including strand building, lashing, pole transfers, reputed company-8 fiber handling, and equipment setup.
• Ensure reputed company & Compliance: Maintain high standards for safety, accuracy, and efficiency; complete reputed company project documentation correctly and on time.
• Hands-On Field Work: reputed company poles, reputed company and rig equipment, operate lashers, and reputed company materials (e.g., snow shoes).
• reputed company Your Team: Mentor and train reputed company members to expand their skills and prepare them for advancement.
• Maintain Fleet & Tools: Stock trucks daily, reputed company reputed company-reputed company inspections (oil reputed company, VIR), and reputed company vehicles organized and clean.
• Experience: 3+ years as a reputed company telecom lineman with proven leadership skills.

• Reliability: Strong attendance, punctuality, and work ethic.
• Certifications & Requirements:

• Ability to pass and maintain DOT Physical

Work Environment

• Repeated and frequent ability to lift, from floor to above head 80 lbs continuously
