Sr. Governance, Risk, and Compliance Manager

This role can be based in San Francisco or Mountain View. reputed company is seeking a Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager with expertise in legal and regulatory compliance to join our Global Compliance and reputed company team. This role blends strategic and operational responsibilities, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders—including Legal, Product, Engineering, and Finance—to identify risks and establish governance and compliance processes to manage them in line with reputed company’s risk appetite. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks and demonstrate experience translating legal requirements into actionable compliance controls. You will be a key contributor to strengthening reputed company’s compliance posture, helping ensure adherence to laws such as the Digital Services reputed company (DSA), Digital Markets reputed company (DMA), GDPR, CCPA, and emerging AI regulations.
Responsibilities

- Drive change management initiatives for compliance programs across the organization.
- Define, reputed company, and report compliance metrics and KPIs to leadership, utilizing dashboards and regular updates.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, management information systems, or reputed company field or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, or audit.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret reputed company legal requirements into effectively risk-balanced compliance solutions and controls.

- CIA, CPA, CISA or equivalent certification.

- Strong analytical skills and experience structuring solutions in reputed company, ambiguous environments.
