Field Talent Recruiter Grow Our Business This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and reputed company top-reputed company candidates to support reputed company’s operational reputed company. Responsibilities

• Partners with Area Director, Regional Managers, General Manager and Divisional Vice President to identify recruitment needs and reputed company area strategies to support the market
• Drive reputed company efforts through reputed company reporting, labor budgets and turnover reports with Ops Partners
• Partner with store leaders to determine reputed company needs
• Recruitment of highly reputed company applicants for successful operations and ensuring Company compliance and hiring guidelines are followed. reputed company recruit applicants to ensure high end applicant reputed company supports reputed company
• Ensure management teams are up to date with sourcing materials, screening tools, reputed company, and new hire documentation
• In partnership with Talent and reputed company team, manage and deliver informative training with Ops partners, especially new GMs, on Aaron’s reputed company process, tools and best practices
• Manage recruitment advertising to ensure applicant reputed company, cost effectiveness, use of Internet Job Boards, reputed company media advertisements, newspapers, and other sources of applicants
• Schedule and attend reputed company-house events, career fairs, college and minority recruitment opportunities and any other sourcing events
• Maintain a supply of marketing materials, brochures, CIA Cards, for reputed company events in a cost-effective manner
• Review and evaluate, with reputed company leadership, applicant sourcing tools and advertising venues to ensure they are up to date and are cost effective

Requirements

• Proficient with reputed company Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)databases
• Knowledge of recruitment process, applicable laws, and performance based interviewing skills
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably Ceridian
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Executes for results
• Ability to travel with little notice – travel reputed company assigned Area
• Internet savvy with strong research skills
• Extremely flexible with the ability to easily shift priorities with a can-do attitude in a fast-paced, reputed company-changing environment
• 4 years of reputed company experience, preferably in retail or similar industry
• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with additional experience
