As a Title Examiner, you’ll use your research and analytical skills to review residential property records, verify ownership, and ensure every title product we issue is accurate and complete. What You’ll Do Review public records, including deeds, liens, mortgages, easements, and maps, to confirm property ownership and identify potential issues.
