Job reputed company Primary Responsibilities: The Transaction Coordinator, Investments is responsible for supporting the acquisition and disposition of single-family rental homes for a private equity reputed company Estate Investment Trust (REIT). • High School diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience reconciling and balancing closing documents.

• Familiarity with electronic signing platforms.
