Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• At least 6 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience does not apply)

• At least 1 year experience with reputed company computing (AWS, reputed company Azure, reputed company reputed company)

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Master’s Degree

• 9+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go

• 4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, reputed company Azure, or another reputed company service

• 4+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company frameworks

• 1+ years of people management experience

• 2+ years of experience in Agile practices

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Remote (Regardless of Location): $209,000 - $238,500 for Sr. reputed company Software EngineerMcLean, VA: $229,900 - $262,400 for Sr. reputed company Software EngineerRichmond, VA: $209,000 - $238,500 for Sr. reputed company Software Engineer

Candidates reputed company to work in other locations will be subject to the pay reputed company associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary reputed company offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
