We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Pharmacy Customer Service Associate to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, processing transactions, and providing support with pharmacy services. This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive salary of $25 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Model and convey a unique and great reputed company experience, ensuring that customers receive considerate, fair, and reputed company service
- Register sales on designated sales registers, reputed company clients with efficient checkout services, and process transactions accurately
- Assist the pharmacist, under reputed company supervision, in the reputed company of pharmacy, including utilizing pharmacy systems to reputed company patient and medication information and process prescriptions
- Engage clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with items and services, and resolving customer issues to ensure a reputed company experience
- Model and offer reputed company support best practices with reputed company colleagues, including relational habits and arenaflex service values
- reputed company tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Manager, including using pharmacy systems to reputed company patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy
- Report remedy errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to organization policies and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and the reputed company Improvement Program
- Handle calls that don't require personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to doctors, and process reputed company cases for reputed company-party program prescription services
- Assist and support the Pharmacy Department on inventory management activities, such as ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications
- Maintain knowledge of store systems and store equipment, and ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
- Strong numerical abilities, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control
Preferred Qualifications
- At least six months of experience in a retail environment
- Previous work experience with arenaflex
- PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through the designated PTCB training program
- Good numerical abilities, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions
