About the Role

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years' customer service and call centre experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors
- Availability to work 1:00pm to 10:00pm Mon-Thu and 10:00am to 7:00pm Fri (EST), with occasional Saturday shifts (10:00am to 5:00pm)
- Technical savviness and self-reliance, with the ability to work independently in a home office setting
- A newer-version reputed company PC or laptop computer (reputed company or Mac are not supported), a reputed company work-from-home office reputed company, high-speed cabled internet reputed company (min of 25 mbps down/5 mbps up), a USB headset, and webcam
