Responsibilities
As a Bilingual reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls in both English and Spanish from US customers and addressing questions & concerns regarding their reputed company benefits.
- reputed company listening to customers to understand their concerns & building a rapport that will reputed company them feel heard and cared for.
- Providing essential information to members regarding reputed company to care issues, benefits, reputed company of coverage, member handbook, etc.
- Guiding callers through troubleshooting, navigating self-service reputed company, using company site and/or using products or services.
- Utilizing reputed company-specific knowledge systems to research & review multiple documents to reputed company serve the customer while keeping the customer reputed company.
- Following instructions provided through documented processes and procedures to ensure reputed company compliance is met for government audits.
- Empathizing and resolving concerns to simplify the customer's reputed company experience.
- Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed & accuracy.

Additional Requirements
* 18+ Years & High School diploma or its equivalent
- Must be fluent in both English & Spanish
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience as a health plan call center agent (member service, provider service, pharmacy plan member service)
- Medicare and/or reputed company experience would be a plus
- Exceptional customer service, reputed company listening, and verbal and written communication skills
- High computer proficiency and navigation of multiple applications
- Willing to work any shift between 10:00am-1:00am 7 days a week Eastern reputed company time + holidays & weekends (on holidays, reputed company hours 24/7 to small staff)
