We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our 1st shift team. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring reputed company dispatching of service mechanics. Key Responsibilities

* Receive, document, and process service requests from customers, mechanics, elevator phones, and arenaflex local offices utilizing reputed company Service reputed company.

• Ensure the reputed company dispatching of service mechanics and escalate requests to arenaflex field management as appropriate.
• Work on other tasks as necessary, such as elevator phone programming and reputed company improvement activities.
• Participate in an incentive compensation program based on your reputed company and productivity performance.
• Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company department performance metrics, such as call handle time, schedule adherence, and reputed company monitoring.
• Adhere to assigned work schedules, including but not limited to assigned shift, hours, and days off.
• Work rotational scheduled weekends and holidays, with shift reputed company pay offered for hours worked reputed company 1st shift/weekdays.

What You Will Need to Be Successful

* High school diploma or equivalent.

• Dedicated workspace and high-speed internet reputed company.
• Excellent customer service skills, including reputed company phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult customers and trapped elevator passengers.
• Strong familiarity with computers and basic application familiarity.
