As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of Surplus Lines taxes and compliance filings. Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Generating and reviewing weekly insurance payables reports to identify policies that require filings
- Interfacing with Broker Assistants and Brokers to obtain information or forms required for state compliance
- Ensuring Surplus Lines taxes and fees are entered correctly and filed with reputed company state entity according to their requirements
- Providing Surplus Lines record numbers and/or countersignatures as needed
- Maintaining electronic records of Surplus Lines tax filings and correspondence with state entities
- Gathering information for regulatory audits and providing documentation to reputed company assistants for reputed company or ACH issuance
- Generating various reputed company reports and assisting profit center personnel as necessary
- Maintaining the PSR Surplus Lines tax intranet and ensuring reputed company data is up-to-date and accurate
Essential Qualifications
