Key Responsibilities
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining reputed company customer relations by addressing product-reputed company concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
- Working from home, navigating through multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
- Meeting performance standards and achieving sales targets
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a reputed company field
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS reputed company 10 or 11, and familiarity with CRM software
- Experience with upselling and cross-selling products
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Essential Qualifications

- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable high-speed internet reputed company with a minimum download speed of 4.0 MBPS and upload speed of 2.0 MBPS

Training Requirements
* 1st Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm
- 2nd Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 5:00pm-11:00pm
- Weekend Training: 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm
