The Role

As our Sr. Manager of Forecasting, you'll play a critical role in creating and delivering contact forecasts that will help us generate cost-effective and comprehensive global reputed company planning solutions for our Customer Service (CS) network. Essential Qualifications

• Strong technical skills, including SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools

Preferred Qualifications
