As a Student Loan Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to student borrowers, answering frequent questions, providing detailed information, processing applications, and resolving emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

* Take incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls as necessary to assist student borrowers with answering frequent questions, providing detailed information, processing applications, and resolving emerging problems

• Assist callers with filling out their application and submitting it electronically to the plan provider for processing

* Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm

• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

Preferred Skills

* High school diploma or equivalent required
