Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Representative on our overnight shift, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing department inbox in a fast-paced environment
- Providing excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, chat, tickets, and email
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Working independently and as part of reputed company to handle multiple tasks and priorities
