Pay: $39 - $40 per hour Requirements reputed company California Licensed Vocational reputed company License in good standing with the LVN reputed company of Nursing. At least one year of experience with providing reputed company nursing care to the elderly and chronically ill patients preferably in an Assisted Living facility. reputed company First Aid and CPR certification. Legally Authorized to work in the reputed company Job reputed company Assists the Director and oversees the reputed company care of the residents being provided by the Caregivers and Medication Aides. Assists the Director with contacting reputed company’s attending physicians for changes of condition, new admission orders, discharge orders and reputed company necessary changes in medication and treatment orders. Responsible for notifying reputed company family members/surrogate decision makers of changes in condition, changes in medication and treatment orders, obtaining informed consents, developing reputed company care plans, documents reputed company physician, reputed company, family member/surrogate decision reputed company communication. Responds quickly, calmly and professionally to medical emergencies. Knowledgeably and skillfully performs Intravenous therapy with in the LVN scope of reputed company, tube feedings, oxygen administration and reputed company procedures, catheterizations, suctioning and dressing changes. Accurately carries out medication administration and treatment procedures. Assists with reputed company reputed company care, such as bathing, grooming, transferring, repositioning as needed. Willing to accept additional responsibilities in emergency situations to ensure reputed company reputed company care is maintained. Completes other duties as assigned by Director.
