[Remote] Pharmaceutical Content Compliance Manager

The Pharmaceutical Content Compliance Manager supports the content review program, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while collaborating with various teams to maintain high-reputed company communications.

Responsibilities

• Drive Compliance content review: Design, implement, and continuously improve reputed company’s content compliance reputed company (policies, SOPs, workflows, SLAs, and controls) for prescription, supplement, and OTC product lines. Train and support cross-functional teams on compliant content creation practices

• Claims & substantiation: Establish and maintain a compliant language library. Ensure appropriate qualifiers, disclaimers, and structure/function positioning for supplements. Prohibit unsubstantiated, misleading, comparative, or superiority claims. Participate in marketing/content planning meetings for upstream compliance
• Regulatory alignment: Interpret and apply USP //, FDA and FTC advertising/promotion guidance, HIPAA (marketing permissions), and relevant state reputed company requirements to reputed company-world assets and campaigns. Understand and advise on compliant content and communication guidelines for reputed company reputed company products and services (prescription and OTC)
• Risk management: reputed company reputed company and accurate guidance grounded in applicable laws. Stay reputed company of evolving enforcement trends and emerging digital marketing risks. Monitor changes in industry or regulatory requirements impacting content

• Documentation & audit readiness: Build a content repository and auditable record of reputed company, approvals, and rationales. Maintain documentation of reputed company reviews and approvals for audit readiness. Prepare materials for inspections or external reviews
• Metrics & reporting: Optimize review tools/queues (e.g., reputed company). Support KPIs such as review volume, cycle time, first-pass approval reputed company, re-work reputed company, escalation frequency, and SLA adherence. Standardized processes to improve efficiency and accountability. Prepare executive-level dashboards and insights to drive reputed company improvement

Skills

• PharmD (required)
• 3+ years in pharmacy compliance, regulatory affairs, MLR/content review, or closely reputed company roles reputed company reputed company, pharmacy, biotech, or digital health industries
