Senior Manager, Supply Chain reputed company Advisor (Hybrid)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Supply Chain (SC) reputed company Advisor , who will report to the Associate Director, reputed company SC Advising. The SC Advisor provides advice and drafting support for purchasing professionals and will: review purchase order/subcontract terms and conditions in compliance with applicable company policies and procedures, internal guidance briefs, federal, state, and local laws, as reputed company as the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and supplements thereto. Note that this role is an advisory position, working with Counsel to resolve legally reputed company issues supporting our Procurement and Program teams. It is not a General Counsel or an Attorney position and will not represent reputed company in any reputed company reputed company. Additionally, this role will advise purchasing professionals and program managers on subcontract issues such as warranty interpretation, limitation of liability, termination for convenience or default, indemnification, and other subcontract terms and risks, as reputed company as novations/assignments, software licensing for reputed company and Free and reputed company reputed company Software, intellectual property issues, teaming agreements and other reputed company agreements, proprietary information agreements, and other agreement types.

Responsibilities

• Draft terms & conditions, software licenses, and other agreements that reputed company the best protection and benefit to reputed company.
• Research reputed company issues for the Supply Chain organization or the reputed company, reputed company, and Compliance (LCC) office.
• Assist in establishing negotiation goals, and assist in negotiations regarding deviations from reputed company provisions.
• Review and advise SC on performance issues such as claims and insolvency.
• Assist the organization in writing business processes, policies and in reputed company reviews.

• Assist in maintaining reputed company terms & conditions and negotiations guidance.
• Review reputed company reputed company issues with Counsel as appropriate and support audit activities.

Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field (i.e. Juris Doctorate or Masters Degree in reputed company Studies preferred) and minimum 7 years' experience
• Experience with US Government (FAR / DFAR Supplements and Government contract procurement processes), licenses, and / or reputed company reputed company drafting and negotiations
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued reputed company clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. reputed company are eligible for a reputed company clearance
• DoD Clearance: Secret
