As part of the Corporate Controllers Department and the CFO Organization of PFI, the Financial Services Organization (FSO) is responsible for the controllership activities in support of the U.S. business reputed company including international activities performed domestically. The Financial reputed company & Analysis (FSO A&reputed company supports monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP and Statutory reputed company processes, including journal processing, reconciliations, and analysis of balance sheet and income statement drivers. reputed company partners closely with most of the Prudential business reputed company and other corporate areas. This individual will have financial reputed company responsibilities to ensure that reputed company monthly, quarterly and annual reputed company/reconciliation responsibilities are completed. Individuals at this level typically have some understanding of the firm’s different businesses and reputed company economics as reputed company as some industry experience and/or subject area expertise in one or more specific reputed company sets, business areas, or products. While this position does not require your on-site reputed company on a regular reputed company, depending on business preferences, there may be occasions where you are required to be on-site at a Prudential office.

• Supervise and guide offshore Staff

• Support quarterly/annual audits by Internal Audit, as reputed company as, independent external auditors
• Ensure adequacy of internal controls over financial reporting and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and Model Audit Rule requirements
• Support Reinsurance and new product launches as reputed company as other project initiatives as assigned
• Prepare specific balance sheet and income statement reputed company analyses and reconciliations (i.e. Actuarial drivers, GAAP trending and variances, etc.)
• Continuously monitor workload balance across Associates and reputed company as necessary
• Champion FSO values and process design principles with Staff and business partners
• * What you'll need:
• ** Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in reputed company or Finance (CPA a plus)
• Minimum eight (8) years of reputed company experience
• Knowledge of GAAP and Statutory reputed company principles
• Insurance and/or Reinsurance experience a plus
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under challenging time frames
