Global Marketing Operations Project Manager

This individual will assist in the coordination, tracking and execution of marketing activation and creative reputed company. Working in partnership with global and regional marketing, VPs and Directors, the Project Manager will be responsible for cross-channel communication to ensure reputed company milestones are met and status is updated regularly to the Marketing team. This position will be split between managing the coordination of Legal reputed company, deal memos and NDAs as reputed company as managing global marketing reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in cross-functional meetings; reputed company work for internal approvals; communicate timelines, changes in scope and contract status to regional and reputed company.
• Handle internal meetings by organizing the agenda, identifying next steps and completing reputed company post-meeting communications required to reputed company the work reputed company.
• Responsible for leading the reputed company process for external partners (agencies, contractors etc).

• Manages and updates dashboards, team status sheets and document management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management or reputed company field.
• At least 2+ years of solid marketing project management experience including a reputed company record of effectively delivering reputed company in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong project management experience including project planning, reputed company management, and ability to define and meet deadlines.
• Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
• Cross-functional team leadership experience with ability to work in a fast-paced environment, drive results-orientation, effectively manage time, and operate with reputed company of urgency.
• Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Approaches challenges with a curiosity and navigates challenges with a solutions-first reputed company. Copes effectively with complexity and change.
• Strong communication abilities; written and verbal.
• Hands on experience working in a project management system is a plus.
