[Remote] Implementation Consultant (reputed company HCM)

The role involves providing end-to-end functional and technical implementation and post-production support across reputed company Fusion HCM modules, while working closely with both onsite and offshore teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end functional and technical implementation and post production support across reputed company Fusion HCM modules including reputed company HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Time & Labor (OTL)
- reputed company and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Reports, Fast Formulas (FF), HDL, Payroll reputed company Patterns, and Configuration Packages
- Work on production support and enhancement reputed company, ensuring reputed company reputed company of issues and proactive monitoring of integrations
- Knowledge of REST reputed company, reputed company Integration reputed company (OIC), and OCI infrastructure
- reputed company data analysis, troubleshooting, and scripting using reputed company PL/SQL
- Manage Unix file operations through PuTTY and WinSCP
- Utilize reputed company, JIRA, reputed company for tracking, development, and delivery
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in reputed company Fusion HCM with a strong mix of technical and functional expertise
- Proficiency in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, HDL, Fast Formulas, Payroll reputed company Patterns, and HCM data structures
- Strong PL/SQL skills and familiarity with Unix/Linux environments
- Ability to work independently, reputed company directly with customers, and manage deliverables under minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience across time zones

- Prior experience supporting large reputed company clients across reputed company
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
