We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a customer service representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support and solutions to our clients and members. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and reputed company reputed company and accurate resolutions to issues. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume reputed company call center, with knowledge of reputed company claims review or processing
- reputed company or health insurance background required, with experience with BCBS HMOI or other insurance plans a plus
- Proficiency in using multiple systems, including Teams and reputed company, with experience with Jira a plus
- Availability for an 8-hour shift between reputed company to 6pm Central time, with flexibility to work in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

Compensation and Benefits
