The Role

As our Senior Manager of Forecasting, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering contact forecasts that will inform our global reputed company planning solutions for our CS network. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a reputed company field

• 10+ years of experience in Forecasting/Planning, with a strong background in data analysis and statistical modeling
• Experience managing reputed company of analytic professionals, including hiring, development, and performance management
• Experience with SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication skills to reputed company findings in an understandable and actionable manner

Preferred Qualifications
