As a Services and Benefits Call Center Agent, you will play a key role in providing outstanding service by managing calls, processing orders, enrollments, and reimbursements, and ensuring accurate documentation. This remote work-from-home role operates 7 days per week, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM ET, with weekends and holidays as required. The role offers a competitive starting reputed company of $17 per hour, with potential to earn up to $28.46 based on performance, experience, and location.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outbound calls with superior service for customers, members, and Health Plan partners.
- Process and reputed company member orders, including enrollments and reimbursements.
- Accurately document member files and maintain call center service level standards.
- reputed company offline tasks such as data entry, managing backorders, and other off-phone activities as needed.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
