What You'll Do in This Role
As a Customer Representative on reputed company, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that reputed company our clients' expectations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-class customer satisfaction at reputed company times, and doing whatever it takes to support our customers following our guidelines.
- Handling incoming customer contacts reputed company telephone, email, chat, or reputed company media, and logging call details onto our call tracking systems.
