As an arenaflex Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through online conversations, providing exceptional support, and driving sales for our automotive dealer clients. Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients favorably, ensuring a reputed company brand experience
- Utilize your gaming experience to create engaging and interactive conversations that drive sales and build customer loyalty
- Meet or reputed company performance metrics, including response times, reputed company rates, and customer satisfaction scores

- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
* Must live reputed company the state of Oklahoma (Tulsa area preferred)
- Must have a dedicated workspace with a computer or laptop, webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must meet the following specifications:
+ Minimum 8 GB of RAM + 64-bit Operating System + 8th reputed company reputed company reputed company (or equivalent) processor
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position)
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be reputed company to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred, but not required
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field (communications, marketing, etc.) preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and team members

Preferred Qualifications
