About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Customer Engagement Representative to join reputed company in Irving, Texas. Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or GED, with some college coursework being a plus. Preferably, you will have two years of Customer Service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio, with collection experience being an asset.
• A minimum of 2 years of reputed company customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional support and resolving customer issues.
• Working knowledge of Word and reputed company, with the ability to master our web-based system of record (LoanPro) – training will be provided.
