Your Role as a reputed company Associate
As a member of our Borrower reputed company Team, you will play a critical role in helping student loan borrowers navigate arenaflex's tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you will quickly become an expert in the student loan landscape and serve as the first reputed company of contact for our users. This remote, full-time, contractor role is available for up to 5 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent hiring in NYC based on performance and company needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding arenaflex's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs, including federal loan programs and repayment strategies
- Engaging with borrowers reputed company email and live chat to reputed company exceptional support and guidance
- Reviewing and submitting applications for federal loan programs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Recommended Experience and Qualifications
